Hello! My name is Jessica and I'm a senior at West Chester University. Galley Kitchen Cooking has begun as the fulfillment of an assignment for a class. I have chosen to write about cooking because I love to cook. There was a time in my life when I actually baked a pie nearly every day! Due to various life events, however, I've not had much time for cooking lately. I'm using this assignment as an opportunity to encourage me to get back to cooking at home.
For now, I'll be cleaning up my kitchen and getting my fridge stocked. Next week, I'll get down to cooking. See you then!
